U-type solar collectors
U-type solar collector is to put the u-type tube in the vacuumed glass tube. The water in the tank is heated through the hot media in the u-type tube which is heated by the sun.
U-type solar collectors avoid the disadvantages of vacuumed glass tube solar collectors. The copper u-type tube can reach higher media temperature and reduce the heat loses in low-temperature environment due to the vacuumed glass tube. The total efficiency of the products is higher than the traditional vacuumed glass tube collectors.

1. Features
(1)Vacuum tube is produced by magnetron sputtering technology with AL-N-AL or CU/SS-ALN(H)/SS-ALN(L)/ALN coating. Hence the absorbance rate is 95%±2，and low emission rate is 4%±2. The daily average heat efficiency of the solar collector is ηd≥75％.
(2)The copper tube is cleaned and welded by ultrasonic technology.
The water free vacuumed tube can work properly under -35℃.Its stability is much better than the current vacuumed tube solar energy collectors.
(3)The system is connected without any sealant, hence its durability is greatly improved.
